SHIPPING 

  • We only ship to Canada and US (including Puerto Rico).
  • P.O. boxes are not accepted as shipping addresses. 
  • If the delivery cannot be completed and is returned to the sender, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the total prior to issuing a store credit.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

  • You have 14 days from day of purchase to contact our support team about store credit requests. 
  • If you would like store credit or exchange, please email contact@madameturpeau.com and we will follow up with detailed instructions. Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to get back to you.
  • Please provide the proof of purchase or your order number with your return or exchange requests and photos/videos of your product if necessary. 
  • Please allow 14 business days from when the shipment arrives at our shipping facility in New York for processing. 
  • Garment(s) to be returned for store credit must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached. 
  • If your garment is deemed faulty, we will waive the $15 restocking fee. We are unable to accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A $15 restocking fee per order (not per item) will be deducted from your total amount of store credit.

  • When shipping to warm climate locations or the summer, the Rose Aftershave & Whipped Cream and Rose Brown Sugar Scrub need to be mailed on priority first class flat rate of $16.10 The product has no preservatives and exposed long periods of time to intense heat will melt the formula. Should I make it flat fee always?

  • If the delivery cannot be completed and is returned to the sender, we will attempt to send a second time, if after the second time, delivery is unsuccessful, a 50% restocking fee will be applied to your store credit. 
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.  
  • Our jewelry only travels Priority Mail Express.
  • ALL DELIVERIES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.
